  • OMG Services makes customers’ feedback and ratings count. All these reasonable feedback will be shown to other customers who want to choose the particular Service Provider beforehand. So under the control of our system, our Service Providers provides the best quality and customer service. Your feedback and rating will directly affect their future work opportunities.

Money

  • OMG Services helps you find the tradies who best suit you and strictly control their prices. All Unreasonable quotes can be reported back to OMG Services. For the first time, we will warn this particular tradie; for the 2nd time, we will stop co-operation with them. (*The prices lower than the Market Price will cause less working time – lower quality.)
  • Monthly Promotion. OMG Services promotes one kind of work every month. *After the work is done, our customer who used this particular kind of service can publish a Social Post to commend OMG Services and notice us, we will cash back 5% of the Labor Fee of this work (including TAX).

Time

  • OMG Services works with numerous Service Providers, for instance, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Handyman, Roofing, Flooring, Cleaning, Removal and so many more. Therefore, we can quickly help you find the most suitable people who are ready to help.
  • OMG Services request our customers to make some descriptions about your jobs. Sometimes, the Service Providers’ 1st time Email/Phone quote would be their Final Quote. Therefore this saves time on communicating with them.

According to above advances, OMG Services brings you the Perfect Tradie Experiences. In every case, we help make contract to protect your benefits. Nonetheless, we provide mediation when disputes appear.

OMG Customer Policies

  1. All cooperation is based on integrity, ethics, mutual respect and understanding;
  2. All of our Service Providers have Insurance and License (if required by the government, such as electricians, etc.);
  3. We only supervise the services generated by OMG Services;
  4. Before starting all services, it must be understood that the quality issue is the responsibility of the service provider (or sign our the terms & conditions/contract);
  5. When accepting the Quote provided by our Service Providers, the guest must notify OMG and go through the formalities with us, otherwise we CANNOT help your job;
  6. The customer must request the intended service party to come to the door to re-quote after Email/Phone Quotes. If the service party proposes that the on-site quotation is not required, then the Email/Phone Quote is an accurate offer, the offer is locked;
  7. Payments (including deposits, etc.) shall be based on negotiation/rules to establish payment models (deposit, full payment, etc.);
  8. OMG asks the customer to evaluate the service party. A reasonable evaluation will enter the service provider’s profile. If no comment is left, it will be recognised as 5 stars by default. The 4-5 star situation requires text evaluation. If it is lower than 4 stars, the picture and text description are required. (*Note: For controversial evaluations, photo and written proof are required, OMG will record them. False evaluations might bring legal liability);
  9. After accepting the quote and paying the deposit, the amount and services on the Quote cannot be changed;
  10. OMG does not provide any evaluations and suggestions about the service providers, however, customers can check and consider the evaluations of other customers;
  11. If the value of the job is too low or too difficult, OMG may not be able to match you to the appropriate Tradies;
  12. The client must reasonably cooperate with the work of the service provider.
  13. There will be a 5% discount on labor costs for specific types of jobs per month. *Condition: Publish some Social Posts to help promote OMG
